Are these products for human use?
NO. All products distributed by Hexis.bio are strictly intended for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, medical treatment, therapeutic use, diagnostic applications, or clinical use.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online shop?
Payments are handled manually after checkout. Once an order is placed, our support team will contact the customer via email once the payment has been received to supply the customer with a tracking number. 

What is your return/refund policy?
Because our products are research-specific, all sales are final once processing begins. Refunds may be considered only for verified issues such as wrong items shipped, damage in transit, or lost shipments.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled before payment confirmation at no charge. After payment confirmation but before shipping, cancellations may incur a 10% processing fee. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact support immediately if you need to modify your order.

Do you offer a crypto discount?
Yes! Customers paying with cryptocurrency receive an automatic 5% discount on their total order value.

Do you offer free shipping?
